Order Processing & Timeline

Q: How long does order processing take? A: Once your order is processed and payment is captured, handling typically takes 1–3 business days, followed by shipping time of 3–10 business days, depending on the brand and item.

Q: When will my payment be charged? A: Your payment method is pre-authorized when you place your order, but not charged until we confirm inventory and begin processing your shipment. If there's a longer lead time, we'll email you before charging your card to confirm whether you'd like to proceed.

Q: What happens if my item is backordered? A: If your item is out of stock or backordered, we'll contact you via email. You can choose to cancel at no charge or confirm a pre-order, which secures your place in line by charging your card.

Shipping Information

Q: Do you offer free shipping? A: Yes, we offer free shipping on most products within the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C.

Q: What areas do you ship to? A: We ship throughout the United States. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories may incur additional fees. If applicable, we'll contact you with a separate shipping invoice before your order is finalized.

Q: How do I track my order? A: You'll receive a tracking email within 24 hours of shipment. Please check your spam folder if you don't see it. If you haven't received tracking info after 6 business days, email us at service@recoveryroyale.com.

Delivery Details

Q: What is standard delivery? A: Most items are delivered via freight carrier to your curbside or front door. This does not include unpacking, setup, or moving the item inside your home. Freight carriers deliver to ground level only and may require assistance for larger items. Please ensure someone is available to receive and assist with heavy shipments.

Q: What is White Glove delivery? A: For select products, White Glove Delivery and Setup may be available for an additional fee. This includes in-home placement, product setup, and packaging removal. Please contact us before placing your order if you would like to request this service.

Q: What if I miss my delivery? A: Missed deliveries may incur a redelivery fee. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and assist with heavy shipments.

Order Changes & Issues

Q: What if my package arrives damaged? A: Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives visibly damaged, note the damage on delivery paperwork, take clear photos, and contact us within 48 hours at service@recoveryroyale.com.

Q: What if my order is delayed? A: If you haven't received tracking information after 6 business days from order confirmation, please contact us at service@recoveryroyale.com and we'll investigate the status of your shipment.
